While many facilities refer to their residents as “family,” Brookdale PGI truly means it. The care partners here give of themselves completely—through skill, compassion, and heartfelt connection. They honor their residents’ life stories, celebrate their achievements, and stand alongside patients in moments of loss, sharing both joy and tears. As a home health therapist, I have a great deal of experience with assisted living facilities and if I am ever in need of an ALF for a family member, I will choose Brookdale PGI. I have seen how the residents are cared for when their blood family is not around.

We moved my mother from OH in December 2024. I was concerned that she would not be happy and I was pleasantly surprised. She’s made friends, participates in the activities and is treated like a queen by the staff. It’s a smaller community so the caregivers quickly learn the residents routines. The nursing staff is wonderful. I would love to name everyone but afraid I would inadvertently forget someone. If you are looking for an assisted living facility you need to look no further. Very clean facility with amazing caring staff. Misty the wellness nurse is very thorough and caring towards the residents. Would recommend the facility to any family.

Brookdale is wonderful, as is the staff. Mom is happy, content, and so pleased to be part of the BD family. Could not ask for better care- they go above and beyond. Thank you to all who are a part of this great place.

My friend needed assisted living. We visited Brookdale and were very impressed. It’s a manageable size and only one floor. It was perfect because it allowed her small dog. The one bedroom apartment seems spacious. My friend says the food is good and enjoys the activities. Wendy was great to work with during my friend’s admission.
