I do like the employees and how they treat my mom and her opportunities to go out to eat exercise and play bingo which she loves. Sherry is wonderful

Brookdale Reidsville is truly outstanding. The nurses and caregivers are not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to ensure every resident feels comfortable, respected, and valued. Their dedication to providing personalized care is evident in the way they attentively address each resident's individual needs and preferences.

My Dad is in hospice (COPD) and my Mom was the primary caregiver - until she had a stroke in Sep 2023. We looked at a number of facilities to care for both of them and Brookdale was a God-send! The staff, from top to bottom, are SO caring. You know when it's not "just a job" and the team there are truly committed to the community. As we moved my parents into the assisted living facility and they had difficulty adjusting to their "new normal", the staff were seasoned pros. They know exactly what to do to for every situation and are confidently flexible to deliver loving care throughout the experience. We have been totally pleased with our choice of Brookdale and would highly recommend anyone in a similar situation give them serious consideration. They are the family we never knew we had!

My friend and I got a tour on a Saturday and I was nervous because you never know what you will get on a Saturday as far as professionalism and a person that cares. Brookdale - Reidsville has more of a "home" feel to it than an “Assisted Living facility” feel. It had a “clean” small unlike the way most facilities I have visited in PA when my Dad needed to be placed. Brookdale - Reidsville by far has been the best I have been in to this date. I also wanted to thank you and your staff with all the help you all have provided so far. I really hope that the waitlist is not as long as I fear it is. For her first place, I really want Brookdale to be the one. Brookdale was the first facility that my friend and I visited and we both had a good feeling when we left. Neither of us left with any red flags or warning signs that screamed “don’t pick here”. My mom is not yet a resident but hope she will be soon. If you need a place for a family member or friend, please check these folks out.

My father was at Brookdale for an extended period of time and Brookdale staff became a part of our family. I am so grateful for the care, compassion, and assistance they provided my Dad during his time there. I see negative reviews and I can't help but think that people don't understand the multitude of regulatory rules and policies that ALF must adhere to in NC. They do their very best to go above and beyond for their community of residents while also abiding by the rules and regulations they must follow. We were given compassion, professionalism, and a level of caring I couldn't find other places. I always felt that the staff truly cared and loved my Dad and always acted in his best interest. The cost of this level of care is high, but that is not the fault of Brookdale, that is the senior services continuum of care in America and the system of services at play. For the peace of mind that Brookdale offers, it was worth every penny. I appreciate Brookdale Reidsville beyond words and am so grateful to have had them watching over my father his final years with us.
