This facility is not only beautiful and clean it’s run by a wonderful team that is extremely knowledgeable in Senior Care and they know their residents like they are their own family. April Reinhart (Executive Director), Ella Minton (Health and Wellness Director) and Stacey Calhoun (Sales Manager) are an incredible team. Caring, efficient and professional- just world class group of professionals.

Had a great meeting with Stacey. She explained everything Brookdale Salem has to offer. My brother and I met with some of the staff and were given a tour. The community is very welcoming and will be a great place for family to feel safe and meet new friends.The price is comparable to other facilities we visited. However, Brookdale seem to have more activities to offer.

Brookdale Salem is a fantastic community with a wonderful staff who is dedicated to providing excellent care and attention to the residents. It is such a cute community with a neighborhood feel. It is clean and it is obvious the residents are well cared for. They also throw great events for families and residents!

Brookdale Memory Care in Salem is a great place for my family ,being part of a warm, supportive community where every resident is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. The caring team provides personalized attention, meaningful activities, and a safe, comfortable environment that feels like home — helping residents live with purpose, joy, and peace of mind each day.thanks to the Executive Director community is more lively .

I observed the care at this facility and it was very heart felt and attentive. They used two people to assist with care when the patient had an inoperable fractured femur. The dementia patients seem happy and well cared for with lots of interaction from staff. Having worked in several care homes in my youth and 10 years of home health I would say they are fortunate to have such caring kind attentive staff❤️
