BROOKDALE SALEM

We as their family could not be happier that our parents are part of Brookdale Salem! We have 2 other friends whose parents are residents, also. Our mother has Alzheimer's but is excited about be part of the daily activities. This gives our dad an hour or so to relax. Our father, I swear knows everyone there or they have a mutual friend.

Our parents needed the extra care Salem Brookdale could provide including seamless coordination with Hospice care. We have been continually grateful for the management, nursing staff, aides, dining staff and maintenance staff who TOGETHER know and provide knowledgable and cheerful care for each resident.

Everyone has greeted us with a smile and a "hello" from the first time we visited. The staff and administration are very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
