BROOKDALE SLEEPY HOLLOW

What I witnessed at this place is horrible.making the elderly feel sad for using the restroom on them selves as well as like to confuse the patient don't send your loved one’s .. please I get kicked out for speaking my up for my loved one they tell me not to come back while my loved one witness them yelling at me . Two weeks after my loved one passed away so can u tell me what’s going on

I can't say enough good things about Brookdale Sleepy Hollow! They are like family! My mom was in the Memory Care unit and they took great care of her. She had a nice-sized room and we were able to choose a room that was best for her. Their Clare Bridge director was fabulous! She had activities for them all day & worked hard to make sure they stayed socialized, even if they shied away from group events. Mom was happy and had friends. That's so awesome! The staff were patient and caring and it was like having Mom in a home environment. The residents all ate together around dining room tables and were waited on by the staff. There were movie nights with popcorn and special events that families could come celebrate (e.g. Easter, Mother's Day). They offer end-care services too, and they took wonderful care of my mom until the end. I loved their care for her and feel close to so many there - they made my last months with my mom good memories and I cherish that!

Brookdale Sleepy Hollow feels like a happy family for the residents and the families. It is a sweet environment for our elderly family members. They do a great job!

I have been so grateful for Brookdale on Sleepy Hollow! The small, homey environment, the great care received, the fun atmosphere, good food, lots of activities… on and on, it is a most wonderful ‘home’ to have my mom in!

Brookdale Sleepy Hollow was home to my mother for 5 years. From the moment she moved in to her passing, the professional staff at Brookdale ensured her every need was met. There is no greater blessing to the family of those in assisted care facilities than to know beyond a doubt their loved one has the best care possible. Brookdale Sleepy Hollow provided us that level of confidence.
