I recently visited Brookdale South Bend. This place is beautiful and the staff is very active and caring with the patients. The environment is warm & welcoming. Cindy King is an amazing host. Thank you for opening your doors and allowing me to tour your facility.

Recently was invited to and attended a "Meet the Managers" event. They offered appetizers, beverages, and live music. Cindy King the Sales Director not only set up the event but gave us a tour and answered any questions we had about the services. Watching how the residents and staff interacted with Cindy you could tell she had a great connection with everyone as well as their respect. If the rest of the staff is as caring and personable as Cindy I would not have a second thought of using Brookdale f my parent needed that type of assistance.

5 years ago we were so happy with the facility. As time went on and staff changed I was very unhappy. I'm not going to go into detail, because I respect a few employees at the facility. I would look for other options.

Care, compassion and excellence. Best caregivers!! David is top Chef! Always making residents recipes and accomodating their wants. Just ask about Polish Tuesday's and the newest request he made was baba gunnoush!
