BROOKDALE SPRING HILL

The Opal in Spring Hill has been an absolute blessing for my dad. He’s been there for a couple of months now, and it has been nothing short of wonderful. The facility is clean, peaceful, and well-run, but what truly sets it apart is the staff. Every single person treats my dad with respect and dignity, and you can see how much they genuinely care. Their job is tough, but they do it with such grace and compassion. Nina has done an incredible job building and leading her team. On the very few occasions when a small issue has come up, she has addressed it immediately and taken it seriously. Mona has also been amazing in admissions and has helped us with so many things even after my dad moved in. Everyone there goes above and beyond — you never hear “that’s not my job.” They take responsibility, they step in wherever they’re needed, and they treat the residents like family. I’ve watched the way they interact with the other residents as well, and you can tell there is a real bond. They know everyone by name, they show patience and kindness constantly, and they clearly love what they do. I highly recommend The Opal in Spring Hill. It has given our family peace of mind, and my dad the care he truly deserves.

This is a wonderful home away from home for my father-in-law who is 96 years old. The staff has been wonderful and so caring, I cannot say enough. Everyone from the nursing, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to the med techs, food mgt. staff and in-house repair staff are so nice you feel like you've known them your whole life. THANK YOU!

My Dad has been living at the Opal for nearly three months. Making the decision to have him come into assisted living was a very hard decision. My family visited several facilities and choose the Opal. It was hard on Dad at first but Nina, Mona, and all the staff were kind , compassionate, and helpful to settle him in. Dad feels like this is home now . He enjoys visiting with the other residents and being in a community . I know he is safe and cared for which means everything to us.

The Opal has been a saving grace in all aspects for our sister. She was scared and very suspect of going to any assisted living. The Opal welcomed her into a safe, clean and very comfortable environment. She is a very different person due to the care she receives. She is thriving in her new environment and is more social than she's been in years. The other residents are very kind and genuinely respectful!! We feel so grateful to have her there. The staff is very cooperative and responsive to our concerns!! I would definitely recommend the Opal to any one needing a safe, caring and comfortable home.

My Brother and Sister in law have lived there a few months. The care and assistance they receive are top notch. My brother went to the park and enjoyed himself. I would recommend the Opal to anyone needing an ALF. Nina and her staff are great and responsive to the needs of the residents. My brothers dog is popular with staff and residents.
