The nursing services at Brookdale are excellent. Karen Browne and her staff are professional, compassionate, friendly, and skilled at providing a difficult service to people with challenging needs. feel very comfortable leaving my mother in their care knowing they treat her well and go out of their way to make her feel at home. I'm so thankful for the dedicated staff at Brookdale Sugar Land. My family member is given top notch care despite the medical complexity of her needs. These staffers and care givers love their jobs and are responsive to any issues that arise.

There are not enough words to express how grateful we are for the care of my father has received at Brookdale Sugar Land. The nurses and caregivers are like angels. His health has improved drastically since moving to Brookdale. Staff is consistent and they have taken the time to know him. We are especially grateful for Karen and Corey for all of the care and attention they have given our father.

Update - My dad needed hospice and due to other medical conditions most places would not take him. Brookdale stepped up and took him in knowing it was for a short stay. they helped us navigate paperwork and along with the hospice that stayed with him 24/7 their own staff was very kind and helpful. He was there for 3 days. They made dad's passing easier. We appreciated it. Nice and clean for the most part. Professional staff.
