Worth, TX is not just a home away from home, it’s a Family Unit. As a CareTaker, supporting one of the residents within this facility, I visit many facilities in and out of town. This particular facility encourages each resident to participate and not isolate. Do you recall the television show “Cheers”, the song says, “Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name and they’re always glad you came”. Each visitor and resident is addressed personally by name with love honor and respect. You can rest assure personal care, attentiveness to needs an atmosphere of home is what this family unit provides.

My wife and I recently visited my mom at Tanglewood Oaks a Brookdale assisted living facility. We had conversations with supervisors in several capacities that have proved to be worthwhile evident in improvements in my mom‘s living condition. We were impressed with the interview we had with director in their awareness of past improvements that have been addressed.. The facility Is maintained very well. The staff is very friendly to the residence. We also were made aware that the staff and director are very much aware of the individuality of each Resident which we appreciated. We have seen an improvement in my mom‘s outlook of Tanglewood Oaks assisted living through conversation she’s had with key members of the staff and improvements that were made since she’s been there. Communication is key to improvements, and we have nothing but good things to say about the communications between myself and Tanglewood Oaks.

I am beyond pleased with Brookdale Tanglewood. From my first visit, to moving my mother in, to her current time living there in memory care. It's so nice to know that she is in such a loving and caring place. The staff is so friendly and caring and take really good care of her. They are also always there for me if I ever have questions etc. We made the perfect choice moving my mother here.

When mom fell and broke her leg we knew that we would need to find help with her living situation. Shantrice helped me place her into the perfect room that looks over a beautiful courtyard where there are birds flying and people enjoying the grounds. As exemplified by the picture attached they even love my dog that we bring by to see mom. Loving care and kindness abounds and we know that mom is being taken care of very well. Best choice for mom, hands down!

We are so thankful for Brookdale and the committed staff who daily care for our parents. My brother and I continue to be amazed at the attention, concern, and care my parents each receive. The activities that are offered are wonderful and my parents enjoy them all! They’ve never complained about the food and say it is so good! That is such an important part of living in a new environment. Any issues with medications or care are always addressed quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this if you were looking for a place for your loved one.
