Charter Living is the top of charts! We had Charter in mind for years for my in-laws. When the time finally came, Bianca was amazing!!! We had many obstacles and she was and is superior. The entire staff is warm , comforting, and welcoming. The care team is so thorough and literally caring!!! We love all the communication and the activities. We are so grateful for the peace of mind Charter provides.

Deborah did an exceptional job helping me with personal needs. She treated me with respect and dignity. She took her time to make sure I was comfortable and to change soiled bed linens. She had to do this twice in2 hours. Thank you so much. Thanks also for Marie who came to support Deborah in moving me twice! She was wonderful in making me feel okay in an embarrassing situation! My other assistants also done a great job. I am thankful for their support and help.

The staff was welcoming as usual. The new foyer looks great, very inviting. Visiting my sister in the memory care area I met a wellness coordinator that was smart, friendly, and caring. My sister is happy. She is in a good place during this challenging chapter in her life. Thank you Charter

My family member is in the Flourish area of Charter Towson and we couldn’t be more pleased with it! Sandy Johnson, director of Flourish, is wonderful. She is a caring, energetic, imaginative leader and a staunch advocate for her residents and her team. There are a variety of activities appropriate, fun and interesting for all residents, no matter their capabilities. The community is well run under her leadership and the residents are well looked after. Her team of aides, nurses, etc… is also caring, attentive and happy to help however they can. They obviously follow Sandy’s lead and that is comforting to family members overseeing the care of a resident.

Our family is really grateful for the good care they gave my mother during her time there. From the executive director to the kitchen staff and everyone else, they showed great care and responsiveness for a difficult time my mother was having / needing assistance. The nursing staff and the caregivers who administered meds (Shanika, Isabel and Dana) in particular were so great. This was the second family member to come thru Charter, and it says something that many of the staff from the first stay 9 years ago are still on staff. Also, the team does a great job with activities to engage the community and the food had my brother wanting meals there frequently! A lovely caring place!
