Brook and the team here have been so helpful with everything! Very clean community and friendly staff! The food is also very delicious! I love the memory care program they have here!

Brookdale South has gone out of their way to help our family from the start. The staff has been courteous and respectful of an initially cranky and easily irritated patient. They were accommodating to us when special issues arose. I always felt that he was safe and cared for with odd quirks of his worked into his life. Overall, for a negative time in our life, Brookdale was a bright lifeline for which I will be forever thankful.

I cannot recommend Brookdale Tyler South highly enough! The staff is incredibly caring and helpful, and the facility is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff regularly checks in on them, provides them with snacks, and helps even them care for their dog. My grandmother even said that the food is good (and she had strong opinions about food in assisted living facilities “the iced tea is glorious”). The activities director is amazing, and she coordinates great activities for the residents, such as on-site gardening, fishing, and vintage car shows. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a great place for their loved ones to live. This team gives me so much peace of mind, knowing my grandparents are taken care of, they have made things as easy as possible for me being several states away. Special shout out to Tina who has been my rock through this whole process, helping me get the best care of them possible.
