I recently visited Brookdale Utica. This senior living community is truly impressive. The staff create a welcoming atmosphere and the facility is beautifully maintained. The residents' rooms have a very homey feel and the commons areas is beautiful and inviting. The staff go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels safe and supported, making it a wonderful place for seniors to call home. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking a warm, friendly environment for their loved ones.

Brookdale Utica is a perfect place for my mother to live when it comes to senior living. It’s a smaller family oriented community and the staff is always attentive to the needs of the residents. Thank you Florica for taking care of everyone and answering any questions we may have.

My mother has been a resident of Brookdale since September 7th. I very much appreciate all the Care each staff member has contributed to my mother's adjustment to her new place! Each member of the staff, look out for every resident and they truly want them to feel like Brookdale is their home. It's comforting to know that your loved one is sharing their day with caring, professional and conscientious caregivers! The staff exhibit such good nature and upbeat Spirit during the day that will only help each resident to brighten their day. I very much appreciate each and every one of you!
