What an amazing team of people. The care and environment that the team provides to the residents, families, friends, and guests is just amazing. So much better than the care that my wife’s Grandmother experienced when she was a resident at a non Brookdale community before I learned about Brookdale. This is why I knew I made the right decision to join Brookdale and make a commitment to doing my part to keep a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for the residents and families. This is their home and we are blessed to be entrusted with their care and well being.

The sales manager was knowledgable about dementia, extremely compassionate and caring. Lorrie took time to answer questions when asked.

I absolutely love this place, the caregivers are so personal connected it’s like a big family. The directors lead by example, so caring and kind . Highly recommend this facility if Dementia care is what you need.

The staff is fabulous! From the Director, Andrea and RN, Alex to the care associates. The activities director, Jessica works hard to have activities that are interesting to all residents. She is open to ideas, suggestions for specific residents and does her best to provide them. There are Care Associates that have been there for years, that learn residents patterns, behaviors, etc and adjust their care patterns to meet resident needs. Big shout out to Nicole O, Nara, Lexi, Jerrah, Maria O, Maria, Rayne, and so many more, and of course the fearless leader, Executive Director, Andrea and Alex RN. My mom has been there for two years. I couldn't imagine a better place for her or me, her daughter, as I am not as stressed as I used to be before the move. Thank you Brookdale on West Eisenhower Parkway!

I recently had the opportunity to bring the Brightstar care service dog, Athena to visit with residents at this facility. I want to thank Kate Lake and the entire staff of Brookdale Eisenhower for offering such an engaging opportunity for their residents and for us! I found the staff to be very engaged with the residents and they took their time to meet each one where they were at that moment. It was so touching to see them slow down and not rush as they interacted. So often in today’s crazy times we seem to forget the most important parts of basic human interaction. That was not the case as I observed the staff caring for and about the residents at Brookdale Eisenhower. If you are looking for a new place for a loved one with memory care issues I honestly cannot recommend this facility high enough ! Five stars all around!
