Brookdale Weddington Park

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. Both my grandmother and dad stayed there, each for several years. The staff is so nice and provide excellent care. I like that it is a smaller facility, offering more personalized support and services. The communication was always great and the events and activities they planned for their residents just showcased how much they really did (and do) care about everyone there. I would highly recommend considering Brookdale Weddington Park if you have someone who needs assisted memory care.

WOW.....when you walk into Brookdale Weddington Park you can feel very welcomed, the warmth welcoming of the staff including the Executive Director Jennifer F. & Angela L. & Kathleen R. & most importantly the residents that gather together to call this place their home. You will not need to look any further as I rate this Assisted Living Facility 5-Stars! You will not be disappointed.

My parents needed to move to Assisted Living and chose Brookdale Weddington Park. I live out of town and wasn't happy with my parents choosing a place not in my town, but the staff at Brookdale has gone out of their way to make my parents feel at home. My parents feel loved by most of the staff and are happy to be there. I'm happy they are safe when I can't be close by.

My Aunt resided at Brookdale Carriage Club for a year. When it was time for her to move to assisted living, I visited many facilities both in the Brookdale network and also those owned by other companies. After several visits to Brookdale Weddington I decided this was the place where my Aunt needed to live. I was impressed with the input from the staff. I also observed the residents interacting with staff and each other. She has been here 7 months. The staff and management have all been helpful and responsive to my requests. Everyone has a bright, happy attitude. This is my Aunts home and she is being cared for with dignity and respect. The activities staff has been great about encouraging her to participate in activities and actually coming to her room to remind her. The facility is kept clean and orderly. I am happy with my decision - I can rest easily knowing that the professional staff is monitoring her and meeting her needs.

Brookdale Weddington Park has been WONDERFUL for my parents who have been residents there for almost 8 months. Jennifer Tucker and her administrative staff couldn't be any nicer or more helpful! Every time I walk through the doors I am welcomed with a smile - and it didn't take long for them to know my name! The nursing staff is fabulous too and it's obvious they care about Mom & Dad :) A couple weeks ago my mom had to go to the emergency room for a UTI and I rode in the ambulance cab. The EMT asked what I thought about Brookdale Weddington Park, to which I replied, "It's been great for my parents." He said he had been to LOTS of facilities and this one is by far one of the best. I agree!!
