BROOKDALE WEST BOYNTON BEACH

My in-laws just moved into Brookdale in West Boynton Beach. I couldn’t be more pleased. My in-laws have just settled in so peacefully and the meals are fantastic. The staff is incredible and Connie and Tracy have gone over and beyond to just make my in-laws welcome just such a easy transition for this last years of their life.

The staff and executive leadership are excellent. I am friendly with the sales staff as well as the front desk people. They are ALWAYS helpful. We moved my dad and they made the experience perfect for us. Thank you to the staff and leadership. My special thanks to the sales person on site. BRAVO!!!

Rosanne the office manager has to be fired. She is rude to everyone. Never has a smile and thinks she owns the place. I can’t wait to move my father out. She’s terrible to the staff and if you have a question she makes it about her.

My father's ability to live on his own quickly declined over the past few months with frequent trips to the hospital due to him being a fall risk. While he was in rehab, I was referred to Brookdale by a case manager due to the fact that they have a skilled nursing license. Once it was determined that dad can no longer live on his own, Tracy at Brookdale was able to move quickly to get him a room. Traditionally, my father was a very independent person so I was a little concerned about the transition to a ALF, but the staff at Brookdale has been very friendly, accommodating and understanding to his needs while going through this transition to assisted living. I sleep better now, knowing that he is in good hands at Brookdale.

Your dedication, responsiveness, and kindness were nothing short of heroic—you’ve been absolute lifesavers during this emotional journey. The care and support we’ve received have been exceptional. It’s clear that Brookdale doesn’t just provide a place to live; they create a loving, supportive environment where residents thrive. I have complete confidence that they’ll be there for my mom in every way during this chapter of her life.
