BROOKDALE WESTERVILLE

I have a friend at Brookdale who receives good care. I agree with other comments about the friendly atmosphere amongst all employees there. Danielle and the director always ask for feedback and what else they can do to make my friend enjoy his experience there. Nursing staff and medical coordinator, Valerie, keep me informed concerning his health. I want to thank those I spoke to today . Lisa, Saffire and Danielle... keep up the good service you provide!

I have been with Brookdale for over 15 years. I enjoy the family oriented atmosphere, and connections I have built with our residents.

From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt such a warm and welcoming atmosphere at this community. It truly feels like home. The staff is absolutely wonderful—engaging, caring, and always going above and beyond to make residents and families feel comfortable and supported. The apartments are spacious, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable, giving residents both privacy and a true sense of independence. We are also so impressed with the outdoor spaces—beautifully maintained, inviting, and perfect for enjoying fresh air and time with friends or family. This community is everything we hoped for and more, and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

I had the pleasure of visiting recently, and everything about this community exceeded expectations. It feels so homey, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive. Danielle took time to personally welcome us and show us around, and her friendliness and compassion for the residents—and for seniors in general—really stood out. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, and the outdoor spaces are lovely. But I also have to mention the food—it’s fantastic! The dining experience felt more like a cozy restaurant than a senior living community. It’s clear residents are well cared for in every detail here. I highly recommend this community for a loved one.

Smaller facility with great staff. Very caring and responsive. My dad has been living here for a year and we've had nothing but good things to say. Any issues have been quickly addressed and resolved. Nursing staff is patient, polite, caring. Meals are good, with variety. Our family is grateful for Brookdale Westerville!
