Zero stars actually. This facility just issued a 30-day eviction notice to all senior residents (state law in FL requires 45-day notice). They sold the building to a market-rate multi-family operator. Their treatment of their vulnerable residents is disgraceful. I have filed a complaint with the State of Florida. Stay away from this place.

Don’t even think about putting your loved ones here. Moved my mother here a few years ago. Since then, it has been sold twice. The new owners decided to forcefully evict most of the residents, by intentionally cutting services and relocating all the independent residents to the assisted living building. The relocation was never communicated to the residents or their families in writing. Some residents were notified verbally on Monday and the facility began moving them the next day. Residents were moved into dirty units with mold. Furniture was damaged or broken. My mother had other people’s things mixed in her unit and was left without her medication, a working phone, or a key. I pulled her out the same day. There were seniors crying in the hallways as we left. Absolutely shameful and heartless. The rumor is they want to convert the building into apartments or a hotel. The owners and management team should be in jail. I doubt they will care about negative reviews if they plan to re-task the building. For anyone impacted by this cowardly scum, I strongly encourage reaching out to the Florida Attorney General’s office, the Dept of Children and Families abuse hotline, Department of Elder Affairs, and the Broward County Consumer Protection Office. There was no excuse for how this was handled and the only way to prevent them from doing this again is to tell our story and shut down their plans.

Management doesn’t return calls to the families that have their parents staying at the facility. They give you the run around and I understand why. In the two years my Mother in Law has been there they have changed management over 10 times. Office managers keep leaving. I don't believe I have spoken to the same person 2x in a 3 month period. They recently moved all the people on the independent side to the assisted living side to "renovate" that building. The moving was done poorly, hastily, and zero consideration for the residents. My husband and I went to help my MIL and oversea the moving of her things, but so many residents don't have family in town and I felt really bad for them. They told them on Monday they were moving them and started moving people on Tuesday. This place is awful and the attitudes are awful. I am looking for another place ASAP. DO NOT trust this place, especially if you are out of town.

Words cannot express the care and attention that the entire staff extended to welcome back my Dad! I am so relieved to have my Dad in the care of people and professionals who understood completely his and our needs. The facility is top-notch and I would highly recommend Oasis to anyone seeking competent care for their loved ones.

My mom is a resident of Willow Wood. The level of care is excellent. But more importantly, it is the people there. Everyone and I mean everyone from kitchen staff to nurses to administration to the front desk is consistently pleasant, helpful and caring. My mom has had a particularly challenging time and the help and peace of mind I have come to have is priceless. I feel like not only my mom, but my whole family has a team working to give my mom quality of life. I cannot Express my gratitude enough.Thank goodness for a place like Willow Wood.
