BROOKDALE WILLOWS SHERMAN

Please don’t put your loved ones in this place, I have a witnessed verbal as well as physical abuse, such as caregiver throwing cloths over the residence, head, letting them wander around aimlessly until they hit the wall, I have witnessed employees Using marijuana or vapes around the residence and there is no HR there is no actual people for anyone to get in contact with because they all defended each other and they only see the residence as money.

Brookdale Willows has been a very pleasant experience for my family and my mom. When you walk inside you immediately feel welcome and at home. My mom is very picky about food and she always talks about how great the food tastes. The staff have always been available for questions and help. Brookdale Willows just has an overall wonderful feeling.

It’s been almost one year since I moved mom from her home of 17 years. The staff, from the start, made mom feel welcome and secure. They are very supportive and understanding with mom’s mental well being (dementia). Over the last several months the team at Brookdale are always striving to involve mom in activities/events. The staff has also welcomed mom’s little schnauzer, Princess Polly, into the community. Everyone is attentive to mom’s needs and Polly’s too. Thank you!!

My mother has been at Brookdale for 20 months now with Alzheimers and she actually improved since she had been home alone previously.. She immediately felt comfortable and was able to not only adapt, but thrive since living there. The staff has been very attentive and helpful which has been a godsend for both my mother and us.

I am so happy that we chose Brookdale Willows Sherman for my mom. As soon as we walked in the facility, we felt comfortable. Everyone was kind and welcoming. It is clean, everyone is well cared for, and they offer many activities. Mom has been there for about a month. It was such a difficult decision to make the move, but she adjusted so quickly and actually said after the first week that she hadn’t cried once and she didn’t think she was going to. That speaks volumes for the staff and her sweet neighbors. Tyler, Sarah, Heather, Mike, Shauna, and Cari have all been wonderful. They all take a genuine interest in each resident and have created a family atmosphere. I trust the staff at the Willows to take great care of my mom. We couldn’t be happier! UPDATE.... my mom has been at Brookdale Willows for 5 months now. She absolutely loves it. Every staff member knows mom’s preferences and interacts with her with such genuine care. They have created a fun, respectful, safe, loving environment. Mom feels at home and enjoys the many activities available. She is flourishing and enjoying wonderful new friends and fun activities. Family was invited to dinner last night to showcase the new chef. The food was delicious! This is by far the best assisted living facility I’ve seen!
