I take the time to build trust and rapport with my clients and the honest rapport and willingness to always dive deeper into ways to assist my clients is much appreciated. Memory care and the discussion on dementia can be such a difficult reality for many, and this team has always been so gracious to my clients in these vulnerable moments. Brookdale has been a good fit for our mom. The staff is caring and attentive and the facility is clean.

After giving 45 day notice my mom would be leaving end Oct still got a bill Nov with added charges for Sept! Charged her for food trays showers I went almost every day to help her shower I cleaned her room empty trash which was never empty and was always a smell in the room my mom left Oct 8th so they basically had an empty room they were slow at returning phone calls also

In the year that my mother has been with Brookdale Wooster she has always felt safe and well taking care of. She loves the food that is prepared for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. She likes to participate in as many activities as possible. Overall, my mother has a positive attitude about being at Brookdale Wooster.

I have visited many facilities and Brookdale Wooster has something very special. Their grounds are beautiful and they take tremendous pride in their community. They have many long term caring staff who care tremendously for their residents. I love that their program staff embrace person centered care and bring their likes and life long interests into the daily life of the facility.
