Brookridge Heights Assist

We loved working with Lindsay to get our loved one moved into Memory Care at Brookridge. The entire staff is wonderful and has made the transition as smooth as it could be.

My family and I are so pleased with my Mom's choice of Brookridge Heights Assisted Living. Nearly everyone we've been in contact with has been extraordinarily patient and accommodating with my mom, and with us. The environment is calm & clean and the staff truly seem to enjoy the residents. And then, of course, there is Lindsay! She's the best! I was so nervous and unsure about the whole process (particularly because we don't live in Michigan) but she made it all manageable and even FUN (and that's saying a LOT)!! My mom has been there for just over a month and a half now, and although it's been a big adjustment, every time I speak with her on the phone, she is breathless with some recent story or another. As her new 92- year old friend remarked while we were visiting - "It may not be home exactly, but it's the next best thing." That really stuck with me. I liked her honesty.

Brookridge Heights has been wonderful in helping make the transition from home to assisted living easy for my loved one. Lindsay helped our family navigate through the process easily, and I am grateful to her and the staff at Brookridge for taking such good care of my family member!

After moving our brother-in-law into the Brookridge Facility, we found that within two months he was thoroughly enjoying it! Having 3 healthy meals a day, opportunities to socialize, occasional out & about bus trips, we find he has become more energetic and talkative. He is very happy with Brookridge, and we are happy for him! The facility is very bright, clean and cheerful, and so is the staff!

Brookridge is truly a gem in senior living. The community is warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained but what really sets it apart is the staff. Everyone goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home. A special shoutout to Lindsay, whose kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail make all the difference. Her passion for what she does shines through, and it shows in the smiles of the people she cares for. Couldn’t ask for a better place or a better team!
