Brookside Memory and Specialty Care on Cody

The facility was fine, but we received a copy of a letter on September 5, 2021 stating that the facility would be closing on October 4, 2021 and we needed to make other arrangements for the care of our family member. No phone call (16 total residents), just a copy of a letter. Very disappointed.

I can’t say enough about this facility!!! The staff is caring and attentive and appear to absolutely love what they do! I was so impressed with the level of care and how they know each resident’s personal preferences. To top it all off, this facility looks like a home right out of a Southern Living magazine. Beautiful decor and white tablecloths with a seasonal centerpiece on every dining table! The residents feel like they are dining in a fine restaurant. I love how it makes them feel so special every single day! Thank you BROOKSIDE for being there! You are our number one choice!!! You make a difficult decision just a little bit easier to make. Thank you!

This facility has a relaxed, family, home type feel to it where the staff are very loving. It is a locked facility that is mainly for memory loss but has some residents that just need extra nursing care.
