It has been such a great honor getting to love and enjoy the residents here at Brookstone.

My brother has been there for almost a year his adjustment was easy ,staff is very good to him.Rate it #5 family is very happy with his adjustment.

Have seen a ton of facilities in my career and this one stands out as the best. There are always activities going. Rsidents move freely around the building and are never left isolated or alone.Tons of crafts and social activities. The staff here truly go above and beyond in more ways than one. The staff love the residents like their own and the residents love them back! All the residents truly seem happy and fulfilled!!

My wife was at this place for over a year until the management changed and so did the mindset. Fortunately, now, she is at a much better place getting actually cared for. If especially the management, and staff would spend as much time taking care of the residents needs as they do smoking cigarettes and socializing on the front porch, the care would probably be better. If you love your family and want them to get the care they need, RUN DON'T WALK away for this business!!!

My mother was in this disgusting place for a year and 6months. She passed September 23rd 2024. She was 100. They have the worst staff and directors I ever seen.If we had not make sure she got fed She would have starved to death. She started declining shortly after she got there. They are not assisted living they are nursing home. Trust me if you put your family member there they won't last long. Make sure you show up everyday if you want them to eat. Not to mention anything else that needs done. These people are the most worthless staff I ever met!!!!!!!!!!
