My wife, Melissa and I absolutely enjoyed our short stay. Staff is exceptionally caring and attentive to any needs. Also others at the facility are friendly plus caring. If looking for a great senior environment, this is the place!

My elderly mother has been at this facility for several months. It's been a huge disappointment. My frustration level is now off the rails. The area where she resides has failed miserably with management. No consistent management, no consistent care, the care I've paid for has not been provided. Despite numerous meetings with higher level management, it hasn't made any difference. I'm angry now because the cost of care at these facilities is so high, we expect better. We entrust our loved ones to these people and think, stupidly, that we can rest easy and believe our loved one is in good hands and that is the furthest thing from the truth at this facility. People just don't do their job! I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Just moved our mom in this week. The apartments are very nice. Everything is very nice. All staff are very friendly. Building grounds are beautiful. Mom seems to really like it here. Feels like home. Would definitely recommend.

Toured Brookview Meadows and found this facility very welcoming and clean. The apartments are a nice size and offer both senior living and assisted living. Apartments have a patio or balcony which is a must for me. If moving into a senior apartments you can transition to assisted living, when the time comes, without physically moving to a new apartment. Erika, the Marketing Director was easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. She was easily available for follow-up questions. Sampled one of their meals and it was delicious. The facility is close to walking trails and shopping options. I was very impressed with everything this apartment complex offered.

Recently moved my grandmother into the facility. The rooms are beautiful and the facility is always clean. The staff are very friendly and always willing to do whatever they can to help out and leave you and your family feeling reassured. The amenities are great; they have a pool, exercise room and a beautiful grand room where they continually hold events. Would recommend for anyone looking for a safe space for their aging loved one.
