They don't like to pay contractors. Tamanda Wolert called me at the end of September for testing. And after multiple attempts to get paid she sent me a link for Vendor Cafe. I filled out all the information, W9, insurance, invoices. And after more than 2 months it is still pending. I have called several times and call are not returned, nor are emails. I spoke with the office manager Shar a few times as well. They give me the phone number to the head quarters and tells me that they will have to resolve the payment, no one answers the phone there and the voice mail states, any payment that need to be made threw the branch. Vendors beware.

Great place for those in need of assisted living. Outstanding property management. Easy to work with, very understanding personality, with a winner's vibe.

Terrible place. So many residents are not pleased with management. They don't respond ,maintenance is a joke. I hear it's becoming a slum. They are not dealing with bed bug problems or repairs needed in building and apartments. So sad.

They never return phone calls, called their rental office for nearly two months, never received a call back. Tells me all I need to know about this apartment complex

My apartment is exactly what I was looking for, it’s quiet. Just wish it had central air conditioning instead of window units and more handicapped parking. Cassie and Gordon are very friendly and helpful.
