Bryson Senior Living

Would not recommend. This place is awful. My grandmother resided here for a short period of time. Within that time her health declined significantly. She wasn’t a full assist just your basic assist! Showers, meals and sometimes other activities! She could pretty much do for herself. Although most of the staff sat on their phone hidden in the office. There was 2 that were alway helping! I forget one of the girls names but the other was pregnant working and she was phenomenal! She was as always up moving doing her job! She was a great CNA! She was very knowledgeable and very kind! We truly appreciate her and her support with our grandmother for her time being there! I spoke with many residents and they voice there concerns and they seemed to be looked over! The facility was beautiful on the outside but inside is a different story. Please be diligent when placing your loved once’s in facility. Kitchen staff was excellent along with laundry and house keeping. The other department including the ED where terrible and not professional at all!

Such a great place with kind and friendly staff! My mom-in-law has lived there for a year and has made lots of friends. The staff works hard and cares so much. Thank you BSL!

Of the three facilities I have been a resident of, Bryson City senior living is hands down the best. Quiet, clean, dedicated and yet fun loving staff who have a laid back approach to an often difficult and demanding job. I highly recommend this facility to anyone considering placing a family member into assisted living. Best Regards, Ben Brasington
