Horrible place!She is evicting us.Ok last yr she had me take therapy cat forms for our old doctor to fill out for me and my daughter and then after our old doctor filled them out I gave them to Shelly the landlord and she was fine with them until this yr when I asked copies of them for a new place to live then auto suddenly they asked for pics of the cats and shots,city licenses and also denied me and my daughter therapy cat letters.And wants the therapy cats fixed and still charges cat fees and still calls them pets when they aren't pets they are therapy cat.They want all this stuff done all at once when we are on disability and I paid 180.00 just for my daughter ESA letter that she won't accept and we are on disability.So now that we won't get the cats fixed we are getting evicted.She blames our therapy cats for everything.There's mold in the apartment they won't fix things.She use to threaten us with a 5 day notice for us being loud during the day but others can be loud and drunk in the middle of the night and she won't do anything their excuse is we have to have a police report but when it came to us being loud during the day,nothing about a police report instead get threatened with a 5 day notice.Don't fix things.Has bed bugs.Me and my lupus doctor both said she is discriminating us cause she has issues with people that are on disability only with disabilities.My lupus has been really bad for 2 yrs cause of her stressing me out so bad that I was at the ER, doctor office,urgent care a couple of times, seeing lupus doctor a couple of times, dermatologist a few times,I couldn't walk for several months cause of her stressing me out so bad with my lupus so had to go to physical therapy for 5 wks.My bf had to take care of me for 5 months cause of all of this going on. Get this my lupus doctor nurse wrote me out a caregiver letter saying I need to have a caregiver take care of me in my home with my bf so I gave that to the landlord someone snitched on me saying he was living with me and she came here 1 day and said I have to give you all a 5 day notice if he doesn't apply I told her and argued with her by trying to tell her no he's my caregiver I gave you a letter for it she said he still has to apply so to shut her up and so we didn't get evicted he applied but then he decided not to go on the lease cause of the way she is and i dont blame him.Fire department had to put in a whole new smoke alarm cause she wouldn't and it was old it was from 2007 and of course they were mad cause they had to do it and cause she didn't answer their phone call.I have all kinds of pics of how bad this place looks and is and what she all pulled if a bunch of papers and screenshots of the stuff she all did and said to me.Even a nasty voicemail she sent to me.She gave me 4-5 notices and she kept changing the dates, and her signature is even illegal cause by her signature on all of the notices it says owner/attorney.She sure isn't a attorney or she wouldn't be able to do half of the stuff she does and she isn't the owner of this place cause she is only the manager.The water heater is very old too it's also from 2007.And every winter we have problems with our heat and the heater grinds.And also wants a doctor to fill out therapy cat forms again cause the other ones weren't good enough for them after a while.Hopefully her day is coming!All cause of her we are going to be homeless and I will not survive on the streets in this heat with my lupus.Plus she cause me to get carpo tunnel with left and right hand with all the stress she is putting me through.She is hard to get a hold of and doesn't get messages.Even the cops are wondering why she won't do anything about the alcoholic disturbing us.And she has a very bad background.Alot of judgements, retail theft (party to the crime) at the property she is living at and working at which Idk how she has that landlord job. Makes no sense.And got it for domestic abuse and disorderly conduct.Idk who against but I think it's on her 2 children cause she has no rights of them and she got it for child support.
