Buena Vista is a blessing! Before my family found BV the situation was horrible in another facility. A situation my aunt didn't deserve. Not only is BV a beautiful facility filled with gorgeous antiques & all the comforts of home. Its the staff. The professionalism, the care, the food. Who ever mentions the food. Home cooking like grandma's house. Seriously! Above all the management here is second to none. Everyone here is amazing, & loving. From the director all the way to the person serving meals. There's activities, games, movies, entertainment, crafts. And they treat family like invited guests. It's a well oiled machine! I'm soo impressed. If you are lucky enough to get a loved one here, don't walk, run! It will be the Best decision you ever made.

My grandfather was very happy here. Kind, gracious, gentle staff. Spacious rooms and excellent quality food. I always had piece of mind knowing my grandfather was here. They also had a lot of daily activities which was something I was looking for. I highly recommend Buena Vista Assisted Living!

Though one of the staff members was rude on the hone (she refused to give me their address so I could send my mom flowers) I did witness the level of care and love their workers give each resident, and was impressed by the cleanliness of the place. The environment was also very homey and comfortable, and they have a resident dog that is so sweet and the seniors love interacting with her. I chatted with a few of the other residents, and they all seemed like very nice people, and they were happy. Some of the staff also showed me kindness in explaining my mom's condition to me. I think this is a great place, but they just need some additional training with the phones. Overall, I recommend this facility to look after your loved one.
