BURR OAK MANOR INC

My mother has been receiving quality care at Burr Oak Manor, for years. She loves her caregivers, and they show her love, as well. It is not fancy in decor, it is bright and clean. It smells pleasant, which is appreciated. I value that my mom is clean, dressed, fed, loved and her medications are managed, to the minute. Thank you, Burr Oak team.

Do your homework, we thought we did, they saw "self pay" and took our mom who they were not capable of caring for! Thankfully she was only there 15 days,they refunded some of the upfront money yet they kept the assessment fee, which was never completed! Punished her by taking her water when she pushed her button too many times. Best of luck to those looking for good care. We did find a wonderful home elsewhere.

Unfortunately, my father was placed here. Thank goodness, he was only there for 1 month. 2 of the caregivers were very good with him and other residents. The residents in upper area of facility (probably had "Homemade" food. The residents in the lower area of facility were fed A hot dog and chips or very similar meals. These "meals" were served In paper bowls. I would not trust this facility to care for a loved one.
