Outstanding!!! My father recently passed away at Butternut Hill. The staff delivered north of all my expectations! Every aspect of his care was outstanding. My family could hardly believe how wonderfully we were treated as well as my dad. This experience gave us such peace.

Butternut Hill far exceeded our expectations. My father previously received in home 24/7 service and, when he no longer could walk, we needed to move him to Butternut Hill. We thought he would receive acceptable care, and be safe. Instead, he received exceptional, compassionate care from Gabe and Sam, home cooked meals, and a warm, friendly family environment. The staff is receptive to family input and does its best to accommodate your requests. We are very grateful dad was in such a loving and caring environment. Highly recommend Butternut Hill!

It’s hard for me plot fully express my gratitude to the team at Butternut Hill. My dad went there on hospice. My mom was strongly against him going to an institution. When we found this wonderful group home, it was perfect. Like him passing in our living room but with wonderful care. It’s cozy and not at all I situational but the care is excellent. I really can’t say enough about it. Thank you Gabe and Sam and Laura and Luce!

Exceptionally compassionate staff, attention to details , welcoming space. My father received superior physical care , home cooked meals and kindness. I highly recommend Butternut Hill for memory care & assisted living over traditional nursing homes. Here my father received the love he deserved.

My praise and thanks for the tremendous care Gabe and everyone provided my mother and my entire family during her time at Butternut Hill. I visited almost daily and the house was always clean and usually smelled of home cooking. This was by far the best decision for my mother and family. Bless you all.
