I can’t say enough wonderful things about the team at Cadence Mooresville, especially Josh, the Community Relations Director. From the very beginning, Josh has been kind, compassionate, and incredibly attentive. He truly takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make families feel comfortable during what can often be an emotional and overwhelming process. You can tell he genuinely cares about the residents and the community. Highly recommend!

We brought my wife to Memory Care at Cadence in Mooresville in July of 2025. From the time we arrived until the present we have been treated with the utmost respect and genuine concern for our loved one and for our family. The staff has been remarkable in their care for my wife and has gone the extra mile many times. With Amy Newman as administrator and Madeline Yerger as Memory Care director, there is no other place that I would rather have my wife. They, and the entire staff, are committed to caring for all the residents entrusted to their care. I would highly recommend to anyone in search of a facility for a loved one to reach out to Cadence and allow them to demonstrate what is offered here.

Choosing a place for your loved one when they can no longer live alone is emotionally challenging and difficult. Finding a balance for where you know they will be happy and that their current and future care needs can be met is daunting. I can say that after touring 25 communities and researching an additional 15 others, Cadence Mooresville is the only one that checked all of my essential criteria of quality and location, supporting my Dads care needs, tenured caring staff, safe environment, and honestly being able to manage me through it all. A special thank you to Josh Bullaro who was (and continues to be) on point for initial interaction, touring, questions, pretty much any and all things! This community is one of a kind! My Dad has been there for 6 months, is happy and tells me that everyone there loves him. And having seen it firsthand, I think that they really do!

Our Family Journey and Experience with Cadence Mooresville and Josh Bullaro has been nothing short of amazing. My mother is in a safe and busy scheduled environment to keep her senior days as active as possible. Cadence has given her a new found excitement for what is to come each day and the smiles on her face are truly priceless.
