Cadence Senior Living at Mint Hill

My 86 year old parents are residents at Cadence. We were very fortunate to find Cadence. The staff (CNA’s, maintenance folks, medical folks and even the cooks) are very caring. My parents have been there together in the same room with each other for almost 2 years. Mr.Ronnie also comes by almost daily to see if he can help them with anything that needs fixing. I work full time and I’m an only child with a very busy life raising my granddaughter as well but I manage to go by a lot to be sure my parents are taken care of.i have always been very well pleased with how helpful the staff is and eager to take care of my parents and other elderly people that need to be taken care of. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to place their loved one in a caring environment where their needs are met. Everyone there has become part of my family! They all are top shelf!

Cadence has been a blessing for our family - showing genuine care and concern by the staff, readiness to help with challenging situations and acclimating our loved one beautifully. We were referred by a current resident and couldn't be happier. We feel the facility is not only safe and clean, but engaging and caring.

Cadence Senior Living at Mint Hill has exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff shows genuine compassion and patience, and they make an effort to know each resident and family individually. The community is always clean and bright, the activities are thoughtful and engaging, and the level of communication with families is outstanding. Seeing our loved one happy, supported, and well cared for has brought us so much peace of mind. We are very grateful for the team at Cadence and recommend them wholeheartedly.

I have had the opportunity to volunteer at this retirement community. I am not the children or relative of a loved one so no one has to ever be on guard around me. HOWEVER, I have never been more impressed with the genuine love and care the staff provides these residents.The residents are respected and loved. Their needs are before anything else. I would consider it an honor to have my loved one there or even be there myself one day. Way to go Cadence team. I wish each facility had you warmth, love and grace. God bless you all.
