Thank Heavens for the Luminescence Unit at Calligraphy of Napa Valley (CNV). My wife, Gwaine Kay Prom, passed away three weeks ago. She had dementia and needed Memory Care because I could no longer meet her needs. From the moment I met Grant Wegner (Executive Director of CNV) and David Escobar (Sales Director of CNV), I felt we were comforted and welcomed. They introduced us to the special care provided by the Luminescence Unit and urged me to give them my most loved person. Karina Leona-Medina, the manager of the Luminescence Unit, took responsibility for my wife. The care Karina and her team provided a strong, positive testament to the Healthcare Profession. They cared for her as if she were one of their own, offering intimate, personal, loving care and attention for every aspect of Gwaine's health, bodily needs, and spiritual well-being. My mother has been living and thriving in The Gardens at Watermark Napa Valley which is their memory care area. They care for those with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. I have been so pleased and thankful for the loving care and support my mother receives. The staff are friendly, patient and engaging. They encourage my mom to participate in the many activities they have. It is very difficult to have a loved one living with Alzheimer’s disease. The staff have helped support me as well as my mom. The facilities themselves are immaculate and beautifully designed, matching the high quality of service provided. My grandmother regularly tells us how the wellness staff make her feel like royalty. It's profoundly comforting to know she is in such good hands. I cannot imagine a better place for my grandmother to live. Rarely do I feel compelled to leave a review but I just love this place. They have asked me to come many times to take photos of their events. It is always such a pleasure! The staff are incredible; so attentive and kind! You can tell they really love all the members and gosh do the members love them. Every event is just outstanding and the food is exceptional, every detail thought about. I'm always blown away and utterly shocked this is a retirement community. I hope one day I am lucky enough to live in a place like this. A loving community full of joy and fun.

A few weeks back I had a wonderful evening at the Watermark. It is immediately clear this is not your average retirement community. The staff was sweet, the food was a grade above and the community is beautiful. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening.
