Worse place ever My mother was over medicated have to go to hospital and get stitches . Staff never had any answers.

This is an awesome place! I love the ambiance, activities, food, the surrounding community among many other things. I love that they provide a Daily Nurse in staff for more personal nursing care and attention. This house is amazing, they provide great meals to the guests and also have a prayer room that they can use. It is located in a peaceful community. I met some really awesome guests and friendly, attentive staff here who are very happy to stay in a place like this.

So I called to speak with the operations manager and the receptionist said hold to transfer and then hung up. Called back and she left the phone off the hook. Receptionist cant nor wont transfer call because they dont care to. Well that makes me skeptical, actually no, I WILL NOT BE leaving my loved one at a facility with a care giver who cant\wont be responsible of their lives.

The staff seems very friendly. Visiting my uncle in this place for the first time made me feel uneasy. Hopefully they will take good care of him.

NOT RECOMMENDED! DIRTY FECILTY KITCHEN HAS ROACHES RESIDENTS ARE NOT CARED FOR AS THEY SHOULD BE CAREGIVERS ARE RUDE & NOT HELPFUL HOW DO I KNOW I WAS A CAREGIVER AND SPOKE UP FOR MANY THINGS AND WAS DISGUSTED TO BE PART OF THIS FACILITY!
