After living here for 2 years I can say that the service is one of the best staff is super nice from the maintenance men and the office workers I can safely say living here has been a 10/10 experience

Like living in a deck of cards that you made a house out of. Flimsy no management everything breaking apart at this point you’re just living here. Horrible just horrible. You see the review it’s not lying. The maintenance is horrible. They never do their job correct The front desk does not care about your satisfaction and well talk down on your behalf The apartments are all vintage. No updated appliances They think moving appliances from apartment to apartment is better than getting new resources or just overall buying new appliances. They do not get maintenance done fast around here and when they do the job it’s sloppy cracked and nasty. The hallway is all smell like weed So if you’re looking for a place where you can smoke this is the place they do not care no matter how many times you tell them. They will never do anything about the weed smell in the hallways or going through the walls into your apartment. It’s sad to say it but have to be said this apartments are one star. I would not move here When your here your hear people moving every week or every month.

Yeah finally I can give a review on the staff and maintenance Nice welcoming staff when you moving in. Lied and said the AC doesn’t smell like cat pee. Maintenance wants to walk on your nice pretty face hire carpet with shoes on. Then will terminate your lease if you have any real complaints about the property. Walls are to thin and can hear literally the neighbors conversation and other things. I never had any complaints from any neighbors except for maintenance guy then charged me for the tub needing to be re glazed after I moved out quietly, respectfully and on time .

Your attention to detail and dedication have made living here a truly pleasant experience, and I am incredibly happy with the apartment and the entire team. Thank you for always being prompt, professional, and so helpful. It's clear that you take great pride in ensuring the best for your residents, and it does not go unnoticed. I truly appreciate everything you do, and I look forward to continuing to enjoy my time here. Truly it's only been a week and I'm so happy with the service and how professional you are all.

This review is well overdue. I had the most incredible living experience at Cambridge. Maintenance issues were handled timely and professionally any time I reported an issue. Rent increases yearly which I’m used to being a renter. Although it was over $100 increase a year it came with safety and certainty, at least for me. I only left due to work. If the opportunity presented itself, I’d moved back without question..
