Cambridge Hills of Pittsboro

Recently moved my mom to Cambridge Hills Assisted Living. She has only been there a short time, but everyone welcomed her and made her feel very comfortable. She has already made friends. All the staff provide excellent care and are very kind and friendly. The management and administrative staff are terrific. . I can rest at night knowing she is getting excellent care and she’s happy.

We have been very happy with Cambridge Hills Assisted Living since my mother moved in three years ago. She lives with dementia, and from day one the staff have treated her with genuine care and respect. They take the time to understand her needs, offer patience, and make sure she is comfortable and safe. It gives me peace of mind knowing she is well-looked after in a place that truly feels like her home. The community is warm and welcoming, and the staff communicate with us in a thoughtful way. I appreciate the effort they put into daily routines, meals, activities, and personal attention. I highly recommend this facility to other families looking for compassionate care.

Over the past 18 months we have been consistently impressed and appreciative. The people at Cambridge Hills take everything in stride and handle everything that comes up. A lovely secured property in a quiet, secluded, yet easily accessible location, in Pittsboro. The building and infrastructure are well maintained and provide residents and guests with a quality experience. The rounds staff are knowledgeable and routinely make efforts to understand patient care needs and apply them routinely in a friendly, thoughtful manner. There are many planned activities the residents can participate in to help them stay active (mentally/physically) where appropriate. The Mgmt. team members are incredibly thoughtful too; and have demonstrated unexpected "above and beyond" help on numerous occasions e.g.: unique communications, Medicare Insurance insights, special holiday visits, ambulatory and hospice insights and keeping track of visits missed by family members for us on occasion, too. If your family or loved ones are in need of quality professional long-term resident care in the area - this is where our research landed, easily. Cambridge Hills Assisted Living checks all the boxes (and more) for our family.

We first placed my Aunt here in 2018 and she stayed until her passing in 2023. We could not have asked for a more caring staff. They provided the best care for her all through COVID. In 2023 we placed her husband in Cambridge, he is still there now and doing well. The staff are the best. Our family talks about how many of the same faces you see every visit. The nurse and boss were there when we move our aunt there in 2018. We highly recommend
