Cambridge House

My Dad came to this facility in relatively good health and was highly functional, but sadly, we noticed a sharp and unexpected decline soon after their admission. There was poor communication and both my parents were here and reported there was a lot of fighting and upset residents, especially in the evening. We moved them as soon as possible. We were very disappointed with this facility as we moved from a sister facility that was great.

This place is doing such a great job! You can really tell the staff care about the residents and take pride in what they do. The atmosphere feels warm and welcoming, and it’s clear they’re making a positive impact not just inside the facility, but in the whole community. They’ve been making some great changes lately—improving programs, updating the space, and just creating a better experience all around. It’s awesome to see a place that’s always trying to do better and truly cares about people. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place where your loved ones will be well taken care of.

Hello, I used to live in Cambridge house for few months..and my experience was terrible depends on staffs that mixed up with my meds most of time..No Respect!! And rude! I am deaf meaning I can't hear plus hard time with read lips..they released few good staff that are layoff then we really feel bored with activities too because limited time..also housekeepers laid off too..I told staff many times to changed wet bed and never did in few days..I do like their ex staffers who laid off..so sad for residents too. I am sorry for residents I do 🙏 for them!! But employees needs education about physical and mental.also deaf or blind need helps that why I hope in future the Cambridge house gets better!!! I now lives on my own place!! Thank you!!

My friend and sister in Christ moved here from a different facility. The transition was made so much easier and smoother by Miss Sherry. All the staff here are exceptional from what I can tell. My friend is so much happier and she is well taken care of. Thank you to ALL of you for your commitment to caring.

We have had a family member here for about 5 months. The staff members are very good to him. I really think most of them care about his care and try to do everything he needs. Of course, as with any facility, input from family members is helpful. They can’t always know what they need if no one brings it to their attention. I have witnessed them treating residents like they were their own grandparents, with genuine concern in their eyes. The facility is clean and well kept with no smells. That is also important to me. If you have a loved one you can’t care for, the next best thing is to get help from caring people, and that is what our brother is receiving .
