CAMELLIA AT DEERWOOD

Came for a quick visit. Very boring atmosphere, does not seem like there is much going on. My loved one is bored and it hasn’t been the same like it has been a year ago. Staff can be rude at times and I don’t think my loved one is getting the care they deserve. I pray this place can bring the shine back.

My Family and I are incredibly grateful for the service, attention and compassion that we were shown when coming to this facility. Jennifer Rapp is absolutely AMAZING and has helped my grandfather in so many ways. She went above and beyond for complete strangers and now my grandfather has now gotten back his quality of life. Thank you so much!!!!!

I can't say enough about Jennifer Rapp! She went above and beyond for my mother-in-law and father-in-law. They were in a terrible facility where my MIL was injured and Jennifer showed such compassion in her efforts to help us relocate my in-laws to this wonderful facility where they would be happy , safe and healthy. My father-in-law says 'you picked the perfect place for us" and thanks to Jennifer this is now his home. Sadly my MIL passed away but not before seeing how great a home they were now in and how caring Jennifer is. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Jennifer, I haven't come across many people like you in this profession and you are a blessing!

The process of moving a parent into assisted living is daunting at best, and a mind numbing process! Camellia at Deerwood happens to be the first community we toured and little did I know that Jennifer Rapp would become the angel on my shoulder. She has helped me through every step the way and I couldn't have done it without her. Camellia, Jennifer and their new Executive Director, Nicole, are the 'cream of the crop' and today my mother became a resident. I very much look forward to working with the rest of the staff too. Thank you Jennifer..you are the best!

My mom has been at Camellia by Deerwood for more than two years now. The management, the staff, and the fellow residences are friendly and caring. The opportunities to interact abound. I would recommend this community for anyone who is looking for the next phase of living in an independent senior living community.
