Do not consider this facility. This building is poorly maintained, not cleaned properly, and is managed by a group of very unprofessional staff / nurses. They do not check on the residents that reside here and when families come to visit they are hassled by the staff and are even locked out at times. Even during visiting hours they want you to call and schedule a time to visit your relative. Restrooms are not cleaned properly and at times there are bugs in the facility. There are also no activities for the residents, instead they have many of them sit idle in front of the nurse's station throughout the day. Please find a better facility for your loved ones. This place has unprofessional staff that do not like to work and will not check on the current state of their residents.

I was very disappointed with very poor service no staff at front desk having to wait about 10 min then I went walking all around the building to look for a staff member then when I speak to a staff they ignore me and walk into staff room then some outside smoking cigarettes with patients make you wonder is this how they attend to their patients I would never bring or recommend anybody to send their family members here it’s not even safe if anyone can just walk in a all around the building!

Ive lived in north Carolina 2 yrs now & ive had two incounters with this facility. First one . new mom of two,One was about 6 months & other 2 . Locked out of my new apartment it was late. Didnt have a phone so i walked next door and all i got was im trespassing . Second time Im standing on my back porch and its a bus stop in front of this building . great idea for the adults that use this stop but should u have someone assisting the living there ? The man i helped today couldnt make it across the street(wheel chair). I watched him try to make it across the street but he could he the yelled twice. I thought surely someone is waiting for him. That was not the case . i ran 4 buildings over to help in get away from this horriable curve. I enjoyed speaking with u MR.
