CAMP COMMUNITY RESIDENCE

I find it quiet and friendly area. The grounds are clean with a lovely marsh running behind the area. There is a pool for families and canoes available for residents. Many residents have dogs. However, there is no place outside for dogs to exercise. The only drawback is a hugh area of concrete that appears to be where a tennis area used to be. Quite an eyesore that could be put to better use. Sound does travel between the unit walls.

I've lived here for over three years.. we've been blessed to have such an amazing group of people that live amongst us here every HOA has hiccups but I honestly wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now ... ❣️

This is a very good place to live I have nothing but good experience here since I've been here the neighbors are very friendly and very helpful people there are people that always point out negative things and say negative things about places they visit or walk by but until you live here and work here you won't understand that this is a very quiet place to be

If I could give zero stars I would. They charge $300+ a month in HOA fees. We have a non-existing tennis court and they decided to eliminate half of the dumpsters and put them in all in one spot (genius). Trash is constantly overflowing and nothing gets done when you talk to them. Just wait for the best part, they decide to constantly hassle you about small things when they can't take care of their complex. Do not ever ever ever ever ever (did I say ever enough?) deal with this place.

This is a great place to eat. The service was awesome
