My wife and I are glad that Maria Byron was the first contact person for Capital Manor. Her emails to us were very friendly and warm. When we met in person for the initial meeting, she was focused on us and what we wanted. Two things I especially liked about her manner were, 1) There was absolutely no pressure, and 2) When I would ask a question, she would move directly into answering the question. Sometimes a marketing person might say, "We'll cover that later." She was great about getting right to the matter. Then when she took us around to show us the Tower, she was in no hurry, and she seemed to know everyone--and their dog! :)
