CARDINAL RETIREMENT VILLAGE

Great place for independent and assisted living! Caring and friendly staff. Great food too! They have 100+ apartments which are bigger than some other places we looked it. Lots of community spaces. Very well maintained.

This place was affordable with my relatives living. The transition to assited living was excellent. They are absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough about this place. They actually care and are wonderful to work with.

Cardinal is a beautiful property that has been a leader in providing extraordinary senior care for decades in Cuyahoga Falls. I couldn't think of a better place for my grandmother. When I first toured the establishment I was blown away by it's charm. The staff goes above and beyond to make the residents feel not only welcomed, but part of one great big family. They have dedicated chefs that prepare delicious meals from scratch, to housekeeping / maintenance that's always attentively keeping it all orderly, clean and presentable. We love sitting outside on the screened in patio (every apartment has their own private one) it is an amenity I could not find at any other property. Overall it has been a heavenly gift to find this place, and I am looking forward to seeing Cardinal continue to blossom in the years to come like they always have.

Just moved a family member in and can't say enough about the place. The staff is friendly and prompt to respond. Kim at the front reception is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! She greets you by first name (even after just one visit)! She takes the time to get to know the residents. Her customer service is top notch. The facility is clean (kudos to the housekeeping staff). There was no odd smell. It is decorated well and feels homey. We loved the fact that there were several gathering areas; some more private than others, but it gives residents an option instead of sitting in one big room. While we didn't try the food, the menu options were endless. Events and transportation to various stores is a plus. Highly impressed.

My dad has been living independently at Cardinal Village for 3 years. In those 3 years he has made many friends and is well looked after by a very caring staff. Even though he lives independently in his own apartment we are called if the staff notice anything out of the ordinary which is a great relief when you can’t be on site every day. The residents are very friendly and genuinely concerned about each other. There is a nice mix of weekly activities and in-house entertainment. The food is good too!
