Moving my step-mother to Cardinal View has been a good experience. With two parents now in care facilities, it is crystal clear that quality of staff makes a huge difference in care. The management staff at CV are top notch. They display genuine compassion and care for prospective residents and their families. The opportunities for interaction, exercise, social interaction, entertainment, etc. continue unabated daily. My step-mother made a relatively easy transition due to a lengthy, but rather seamless onboarding process. All staff I encountered have been friendly and it appears that staff culture is mutually supportive. This undoubtedly flows from the top, like most positive cultures, so, kudos to the Director and the broader organization. Every interaction I've had with staff regarding care has been positive.

We moved dad into an assisted living apartment here in January after touring multiple communities. The thing that struck me not only was the beautiful aesthetics of the building, but how much the staff cares for the residents. My dad is a recent widower, and needed some light help with daily tasks. On move in day, so many staff and residents came up to say hello, introduce themselves and welcome him to the community. That meant the world to me and my sister. The people here are a real community, looking out for one another. I have had several meals here and the food is really good! My dad has hysterically grumbled that he’s eaten more fresh vegetables here his first month than he has had in years. My sister and I have such peace of mind that dad is being well looked after. It took us a few years to convince him to move out of his longtime home, so for those of you going through that, I understand how hard it is.

The great lengths the staff at Cardinal View go to ensure the comfort and care of their residents is top notch. They do an excellent job of collaborating with area schools and the community to keep the lives of the residents interesting and fun! Never a dull moment at Cardinal View!

I was pleasantly surprised when I toured Cardinal View. First, the natural light can’t be beat, and the soothing color pallet and artwork throughout the building all worked well together. I loved the private dining options for residents to reserve for family gatherings. This is a must for big and small families that want to get together without transferring their aging loved ones. The dining room looked inviting and spacious. I liked the restaurant-style seating and the option to order off a menu. The convenience of a private washer and dryer in the rooms is a plus. I found the staff and residents both happy and friendly. Cardinal View was clean, spacious, and inviting. To top it off, it’s a new facility, so everything is up to date.

I moved my Mom to Cardinal View seven months ago. BEST decision I ever made! All the staff is kind, caring, professional and has the best interest of the residents in mind. The chef and staff do a wonderful job of providing healthy, delicious meals! Also, many activities offered for both social and physical wellness. Thanks again for all you do!
