CARE AND CARE RESIDENCE I

I did have to call this facility to look into information for my mother. Spoke with David Wall, the ED, and was he was very rude to say the least. I will be considering elsewhere for my mother.

Phoned David Wall executive director to coordinate a placement for my client who I sent there this morning for a tour. David was hostile, rude and hung up on me after stating, “I’m not paying you a penny for placement!” Wouldn’t leave my loved ones in his facility..won’t recommend this place ever under his watch.

I am a social worker at another SNF and work with David when my Residents are ready to discharge to lower level of care. I would like to say working with David has been the best and making the transition form skilled nursing to ALF has been very good for when my Resident no longer need skilled care…. So happy to work with David and making my Residents happy and no stress with the move from skilled care to lower level of care and still have the best quality of life

Having become familiar with Buena Vista Manor House, I'm pleased to recommend it as a place for loved ones in need of assistance. Buena Vista is located in a desirable and readily accessible area in San Francisco. The structure and grounds, consisting of a beautiful garden, are inviting and provide views of the City. Generally speaking, Buena Vista is found to be more inviting than similar facilities. The management and staff are pleasant and friendly. They're considerate, caring, and treat residents with respect and as family. Buena Vista provides healthy and entertaining activities that enhance the wellbeing of residents.

I know this place a few months now since my neighbor moved in. David and the crew really knows how to take care of elderly people. They have a variety of activities each day from bingo, movies, exercise routines, guest artists playing piano and much more to keep folks entertained and busy. The rooms have high ceilings and most of the rooms have great views. You can relax at their sunny deck or have a cup of tea at their beautiful garden front porch.
