My older brother has been in this home for about 4 months, i have to say i am very impressed with this facility. The administration has had very clear communication with my family and I. They have been very attentive and supportive to my brother and that has no price! The staff is friendly, the facility is clean, and most importantly my brother is happy and being looked after. Care and Love Retirement is a warm and welcoming place. The staff truly care about the residents and go above and beyond to make them feel at home. I’m grateful knowing my loved one is safe, happy, and well cared for.

This Assisted Living Facility is the best in the area of Hialeah it has been in its service for the elderly several years now great assistance and very clean. The name says it all. Two thumbs up!

My brother has been living here for about two years. The staff has always been nice and communication with me has been good. Whenever I have visited the facility, it has always been clean. I must add that the new administrator is very responsive - even when I contact her after hours. She has a good personality that makes it pleasant to interact with - making one’s experience a good one.

The new administration has really improved. They have handle the COVID 19 guidelines outstanding and are really doing great during these hard times. The office administrator is very active in responding to my concerns and helping with us with questions we have. She is friendly and treats my dad very well. I am very happy with her. She really cares for the people living there. Please keep being that way and thank you!
