CARE PARTNERS ASSISTED LIVING HORTONVILLE

In the 7 year both my in-laws lived here, they had 14 different directors. A BIG RED FLAG! Several State investigations and MANY, MANY VIOLATIONS! And then after the amount of time to clean up those VIOLATIONS the State gave them repeated VIOLATIONS on the same issues. From neglect to med errors ect....After my Father in-law passed, In the investigations they mistteracly couldn't find some records on one of our family members, "How convenient for them!" When my Mother in-law passed away the director thay had came across very helpful and kind, but if Anyone is concerning put a loved one here, Please, "don't judge a book by its cover," be careful and visit often and keep your ears and eyes open. Alot of lying staff and are well taught! I continue to pray for those who are still there! Our Ending wasn't pleasant and After both our family members passing we NEVER even received a sympathy card! The staff are absolutely amazing. It’s a very clean facility also. I love the workers. Very caring about my mothers wellbeing

This place is absolutely disgusting and the. Staff is usually sitting on their phones , I wouldn't recommend putting anyone you love here , the stank is unbearable, and getting in contact with your loved ones is like pulling teeth , it's sad to see anyone live like that , I'm shocked they can stay open

This a beautiful facility! The Director is very personable and goes the extra mile. The staff treat the residents like family and it shows! I highly recommend learning more about this facility for a potential job or a place for your loved one.
