If I could give zero stars o would. My mom was there an they mess up her meds, they forget, or give wrong ones. The food is awful my mom hated it there, the staff will lie to you. They will be nice to your face but then lie, my mom has taken several falls an they do nothing, they dont clean there rooms have to get someone to clean bathroom an vacuum or they dont do it. The most we are upset with is messing up her meds an the food which they dont offer better options an that should be a priority. Don't have your loved ones go there. Would not recommend.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. Do NOT bring your loved ones anywhere near this place! The staff is not qualified in any way and the director will lie right to your face. Please listen to the other reviews on here. There is not one good thing about this place. If you are considering this place, do yourself a favor and visit it first. You will immediately understand that this place should be shut down. Please do not bring a loved one to any care partners facilities. The “new” director for the place is severely unqualified to hold her position and doesn’t even seem to have a basic understanding of what she should be doing. This place is dangerous for your loved one as the staff is untrained high school aged girls who don’t seem to even want to be there. Please do not utilize this facility.

Where to start. My mother in law is currently in shawano, trying to get her closer to us in the valley, this location 4.1miles from our home, for memory care secure unit. My wife got called on wednesday and asked if she could be up there by 9:30am absolutely, my wife went to look at facility wednesday during the storm. Shebthought it was great fit. She was super excited. So friday comes she gets up to shawano at 8:58am to make sure was early, at 10am the rehab director comes in to see how meeting was, she stated I have mot seen anybody, my wife then calls director Brooke, Brooke states she was already there, this person never spoke to social worker, never asked for anything, she asked a nures a few questions thatvwas it. The rehab director stated she must have not seen my mother in law since she was in rehab from 8:25am to 8:58am and when she took her back to room nobody there. Againbshe called brooke asked hownit went and she said when the assistant gets to facility they would let us know. Then my mother in laws case manager called and said that she gor email that my mom would jot be good fit. NO reason at all. THIS IS RETALITION FOR MY WIFE ASKING WHY THEY MADE ERROR. THISNPLACE ALREADY HAD BAD REVIEWS HOWEVER WE WERE WILLING TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE.

We were introduced to Care Partners in May due to a hospital admission of a Loved One. The staff we met with were fantastic and very understanding. Always checking in on how things were going, suggesting services that could help, setting up tours for us, and answering any questions we had. I recommend them. Thank you!!!

The management and staff were nice to your face but once you left, nothing. We had to constantly remind them to do the laundry as it would sit for days and days, there was stolen money not just from my mother-in-law but from other residents and her $3000 hearing aids came up missing although the empty case was in the nursing cart. Since my mother-in-law passed away there has been no response after several emails to both the manager or corporate.
