Amanda and Andrea at care partners west in EauClaire have put together a group of caregivers that is second too none. The memory care team is a group of caring, and supportive individuals that treat the residents with dignity and respect. My mother lived at the facility for just under a year and near the end you begin to see just how much this group cares about the residents that can no longer care for themselves.

This facility needs to be investigated thoroughly by state and shut down immediately! So many violations, neglect, abuse and just absolute incompetence by staff and management! No Covid precautions at all, you'd be lucky if you have PPE for Covid or even worse C DIFF. I would recommend anywhere else!

Staff is not trained well dealing with alzheimer’s patients, memory unit is not good.
