Edit: after placing cameras in her room because she was suspicious of people going in her room and going through her stuff, I have videos of staff doing exactly that. Blatant privacy violations of entering without notice and going through her things and stealing late at night when they have no business in her room while she is away receiving treatment. Our grandmother has to go down to Froedert To start life saving treatments for a transplant on June 27th and the facility tells us 2 days before on the 25th, that her room needs to be completely cleaned out by June 29th, no exceptions. It is my understanding that in the state of wisconsin, a resident, still has thirty days from notification to remove their stuff before it gets thrown out. Everyone was aware of what needed to be done and that this transition to Milwaukee in order for her to have the best chances to live longer yet no one decided to say anything to us about vacating until after the last second. I get policies about not holding a room long term while someone is away but a little heart and understanding would be nice. I recall being told the previous resident had stuff in our grandmothers room before she moved in for a while and apparently that was fine while she was out long term and ended up not even coming back anyway.

All I can say about this place is stay away and keep your family out of here if you actually love them. In the little over a year my grandma has been here it has been nothing but problems. There has been multiple times her insulin pump has not gotten filled so she goes days with out any. I couldn't even tell you the last time her room was vacuumed or her toilet cleaned. My grandma has a port for dialysis and because of it she can't shower normally and staff has yelled at her and tried to make her shower when she can't with it. There's 2 staff members on second shift who are always outside the front doors smoking. Care partners had knowledge for a week that my grandma was going to the hospital for treatment and would be out longterm but less than 48 hours before I'm supposed to take her to the hospital they tell us we have until the end of the weekend to clear all of her stuff out of her room and they're unenrolling her as a resident. Now I'm out $200 on a hotel I booked down in Milwaukee so I could spend the weekend with my grandma at the hospital and help get her settled in. Instead of spending time with her I now have to pack up all her stuff because care partners wouldn't even give us a full week to clean it out. The staff there are rude. Especially Stephanie and Marcie. My grandma was told by Marcie to schedule her own rides as "it's not her job to do that" to a much needed surgery and the transport company told my grandma that care partners needed to be the one to schedule it. I have personally watched Marcie ignore my grandma when it was time for her to get her meds and was standing by the med cart. Instead Marcie just stared at us and stood talking at the front desk to another worker for almost 10 minutes before my grandma said screw it and left. Stephanie has yelled at me for things my grandma gets in her grocery orders because they think she doesn't need them. They once yelled at her for buying a small cake and some other desserts saying she doesn't need any sweets when she actually bought the treats for me for my birthday. My husband has also tried to leave a 1 star review before and Brenda the director of this location called him and basically bullied him into deleting his review with promises that the things we had issues with would get fixed and almost 2 months later nothing has changed on their end. I'm so glad to be done with these people here.

My mother was a resident at Care Partners. She really liked the staff and enjoyed her final year there. They have terrific family events. They celebrate all holidays and special dates. They even had a mock deer hunt! At Christmas the staff purchased a special gift for each resident. They treated my mother with respect even in her final moments. I would recomend the facility.

Super nice facility with workers that are just as nice. This place has quite a bit of activities and events for residents…I’m glad my grandma ended up here. We really like the pond with wildflowers out front.
