M mother passed away January 2022. They cash d February 2022 check and will not return call regarding returning that overpayment.

I am very disappointed with the admins and the professional staff at Clare Estates. The food is very bad an I supplement my friends diet. The facility has a terrible front desk staff and no staff available after five or on weekends! The rooms have rodents and cleaning is offered once a week. There is no recreational Director or physical therapy. Covid is not the excuse! Try calling after five no answer and all mailboxes permanently filled. Beautiful building but that’s where it ends. Fortunately there are some staff that work with the residents that are kind and caring in spite of lack of direction or supervision

The Clare Estate is an exceptional place. Our grandmother lived here for the final two years of her life, and the care they provided was unrivaled. The staff at the Clare became like family because they cared so deeply for her and for all of us. Our grandmother was able to progress through all levels of this facility until she passed, increasing the level of hands-on care as she needed it. Obviously a lot of careful thought goes into selecting a place for a family member, but our grandmother and family all agreed “what’s not to love” about the Clare after seeing it for the first time and experiencing the comfort, warmth, and love of the staff here. They obviously provided 24/7 care for our grandmother but also went above and beyond to help us celebrate her birthdays and provide us comfort as she passed. It would have been horrible to think about moving her to a separate facility as she continued to decline, so we were incredibly grateful for their ability to care for her until the end, including bringing in hospice to Anthony's walk. Words can’t express how grateful we are for the Clare and we wholeheartedly recommend them! -Kaitlin and Heather

A beautiful community. If I need help I would chose the Clare Since Cathy Chabala Is director of assisted living I am ever So proud of her.
