Joanna and the other caregivers were just who my elderly father needed in the last months of his life. They gave him such loving and attentive care while he lived in this home, serving him delicious meals, keeping him clean and dressed, always speaking to him with kindness, and carefully dispensing his medication as prescribed. The home is beautifully decorated and easy to move about for those in wheelchairs. Not only do the full time caregivers attend to the residents as if they are family, they also cook and serve the meals, do the residents’ laundry frequently, and keep the house very clean. Out back, there’s a lovely deck and garden where the residents can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning sunshine. Out front, plenty of deer wander through the quiet, park-like neighborhood—yet the home is still very close to the medical center. We were so thankful that our father was happy and at peace while being cared for in Joanna’s home.

Joanna gives a great tour. You can tell that they took their time in everything that makes her private care home very special. I love it.
